My experience at Autochoice Car Supermarket could have been better because I purchased a car from Autochoice in November. The service was great at first and they were very helpful.
I live quite a distance from the store so I ordered the car for delivery and also after the team had sent me a video of the car I noticed the wheels need some refurb. All was arranged and done very well.
When the car was delivered I noticed it had around 31890 miles on, where it was advertised at 31000 exactly. When I queried this with the manager or owner he told me it was common practice to advertise a vehicle with miles rounded to the nearest 1000. When I asked further I felt he became quite rude and told me I was a difficult customer as I had asked for the wheels refurbing (at a cost of £100) and that they had knocked me some money off the delivery charge which was incorrect. I had worked out the delivery cost based on the price shown on their website and was told the wheel would be £100 and never asked for it to be any cheaper! He offered to take the car back and refund my payment….not what I wanted. Surely a car should be advertised with the miles it has done, and over 800 additional miles seems like they were trying to say one thing and sell another!!
Overall I enjoyed the initial service from them but aftercare seemed less their speciality! My advice would be to check check check everything first as trying to get anything after is futile!…..

I'd definitely recommend Autochoice Car Supermarket to friends and family because the service received was prompt, all questions/phonecalls were responded to quickly and the condition of the car was fab.
